Normal sudoku rules apply. Digits may repeat in cages and along indicated diagonals. Every given clue should be read as a "look-and-say" number. Each number says which digits are in the respective cage or on the respective diagonal. Eg if a cage clue is 1221, this means there is one 2 and two 1s in the cage. If a diagonal says 33 then there are three 3s along the diagonal.
