Sudoku is Cryptic Lunchboxes by Undar Beyond, App variant is KILLER

Normal sudoku rules apply, Each cage forms a line with a one-cell width. The number on the top left of a cage shows the sum of the numbers sandwiched between the smallest number and the largest number of the line. Digits cannot repeat in cages. Digits have been encrypted such that each letter represents a unique digit. Bold letters in cells indicate the digit that must appear in that cell in the solution. The number AB represent the number for which A is the tens digit, and B the units. It does not mean A*B.
