Normal sudoku rules apply. Digits along an arrow must sum to the digit in that arrow's circle. Digits cannot repeat within a cage. Cells separated by a white dot must contain consecutive digits. Cells separated by a black dot must contain digits in the ratio of 1:2. Not all possible dots are given.
