Normal Sudoku rules apply. Cells separated by a black dot are in a ratio of one to two. Not all dots are given. Clues outside the grid are both sandwich and little killer clues. They indicate the sum of the digits between the one and the nine in that row or column, and also the sum of the digits along the indicated diagonal. Digits may repeat on the diagonals.
