Sudoku is The Positive Diagonal by 99%Sneaky, App variant is FOG

Normal sudoku rules apply. Digits along an arrow sum to the digit in the attached circle. Arrows do not branch or overlap. Adjacent digits along a green line must have a difference of at least 5. Digits separated by a black dot are in a 1:2 ratio (i.e. one is double the other). Digits separated by a white dot are consecutive. Not all dots are necessarily given. Digits may not repeat along the marked diagonal. Boxes 1 and 9 are clones, meaning each digit is in the same relative position in both boxes (i.e. if R1C1 is 8, R7C7 must also be 8). Additionally the grid is partially covered in fog. Placing correct digits will clear the fog from surrounding cells, possibly revealing more clues.
