Place pentominoes in the grid, and stars within some squares of those pentominoes, so that all the following conditions are met: a) Exactly 2 stars appear in each row, in each column, and in each of the 12 standard pentomino types; b) Pentominoes must cover the whole grid, except the 4 central squares (shaded black); c) Two pentominoes of the same type may not share an edge (a rotation/reflection of a pentomino does not change its type); d) Stars may not be adjacent to each other (not even diagonally); e) Some borders between pentominoes are already given, and must be respected. Note that each individual pentomino can contain 0, 1 or 2 stars, as long as the total number of stars within all pentominoes of its type is exactly 2.
