The grid is partially covered in fog. The fog will clear from surrounding cells when a digit is placed correctly. There are nine 3x3 regions in the grid which have to be located – each contains the digits 1-9. No row or column can repeat a digit. A clue outside the grid indicates how many cells belong to regions in the direction pointed to, and those cells must sum to a multiple of the clue. A digit in a cell with arrows indicate the sum of the digits in the cells N steps away in the directions pointed to, where N is the digit in the cell with the arrows. Empty cells do not contribute to the “steps”-count. A black dot separates digits with a 1:2 ratio.
