Sudoku is Flux Capacitor by Scott Strosahl, App variant is OTHER

Normal sudoku rules apply. Digits cannot repeat in a cage. The digits in a cage sum to the value indicated. There are circles in the grid connected by lines. The digits on the lines must be strictly in-between the digits in the circles. For the red and blue Between Lines, all circles connect across to both ends on the opposite side (e.g. r4c3 connects to both r4c7 AND r6c7).
