In the main 7x7 grid fill the cells with the digits 1-7 such that there are no repeats in rows or columns. Build nine 7-cell orthogonally connected regions such that digits do not repeat in a region. Regions will cover both inside grid and outer clue cells (but not the given clues or greyed out outside areas). Two solid black region borders in the grid have been given. Blank outer clue cells are numbered rooms clues and must contain digits for solution check to work. Outside clues in rectangles are given numbered rooms clues. (A fully grey cell is to be left empty.) A clue's digit must also appear in the Nth position looking into the grid in the row/column, where N is the digit in the first position. Circles count the number of outside cells that circle's region contains. All possible circles are given.
