Normal sudoku rules apply. Red (circled) clues are sandwiches, i.e. they indicate the sum of the digits between the 1 and the 9 in the corresponding row or column. Blue clues are X-sums, i.e. they indicate the sum of the first X digits in the corresponding row or column, where X is the digit in the first cell.
