Normal sudoku rules apply. Along every positive diagonal (ie from south-west to north-east) the difference between neighbouring digits is at least 2. Every green line contains only odd digits. The central 3x3 box is a magic square (ie each row, columns and 3-cell diagonal of this box must sum to the same total).
