Sudoku is Double Counting by James Sinclair, App variant is ARROW

Normal sudoku rules apply. Double Arrows: The sum of the digits along each burgundy line is equal to the sum of the two digits in the connected circles. A digit in a double-arrow circle indicates how many circles in the puzzle contain that digit. Quadruple circles: the digit inside the small white circle appears in one of the four cells surrounding that circle. Digits in cells separated by an X sum to 10.
