Normal sudoku rules apply. Digits along an arrow must sum to the digit in that arrow's circle. Any set of three adjacent cells along a teal "modular" line must have three different remainders when divided by 3 (ie one digit from the set (1,4,7), one digit from the set (2,5,8) and one digit from the set (3,6,9).
