Normal sudoku rules apply. Numbers along arrows sum to the number in the circle/pill, BUT for blue pills, the numbers on the arrow are 2-digit numbers (reading away from the pill) and the number in the pill is a 2- or 3-digit number reading left-to-right or downwards.
