Shade some cells so that each connected region of shaded cells is a perfect square. No two squares of the same size are allowed to "see" each other (have a horizontal or vertical line of unshaded cells connecting them, unobstructed). A number in the grid represents how many cells are shaded in a cross shape around it, consisting of the cell itself and the four orthogonally adjacent cells.
