Normal sudoku rules apply. Digits along an arrow must sum to the digit in that arrow's circle. Odd digits (1,3,5,7,9) can appear consecutively for more than two cells vertically but not more than two cells horizontally. Even digits (2,4,6,8) can appear consecutively for more than two cells horizontally but not more than two cells vertically.
